The living renderevery work the commons is painting, and how far each has got
These are photographs being taken right now. Each one is a single exposure of a mathematical subject, computed by donated graphics cards a supertile at a time; every square you see landed on somebody else's machine, was checked by strangers' machines, and folded into the frame. Nothing here is finished, because none of them ever is - noise falls as one over the square root of the accumulated passes, with no knee anywhere on the curve.
Pick one and it opens where the tiles are. You can zoom to the grain, and the picture keeps arriving while you look at it.
